Processing & Delivery Times 

At Bezzeca, we strive to deliver your orders in a timely and efficient manner. All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that processing times do not include weekends or public holidays. 

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows: 

• Sri Lanka: 2-4 business days 
• International Orders: 7-14 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance) 

Shipping Rates 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. International shipping costs may vary depending on the country of delivery and any applicable customs fees. 

International Shipping & Customs 

We ship worldwide! However, international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and must be paid upon delivery. We recommend checking your country's customs policies before placing an order. 

Order Tracking 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep. 

Lost or Delayed Shipments 

While we work with reliable shipping partners, unexpected delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other external factors. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@bezzeca.com for assistance. 

Bezzeca is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors before reaching out to us. 

Address Accuracy 

To ensure successful delivery, please provide accurate shipping details at checkout. Bezzeca is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to make changes to your shipping details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
